My entry for the CS2Dworld Mapping Contest 2014 (Ratings).

A handcrafted de_ map with its own custom tileset and sprites.
The entire map uses the same colour palette.

The map has been included in the latest CS2D download. However, the shadows on the map don't show up correctly.

You can fix this with Programmer's Notepad:

- Open "C:\Counter-Strike 2D\maps\de_vantage.map"
- Replace (Ctrl+H) "/.CSP/_" with "/sprites/de_vantage/csp/_"
- Save the map

This way, you will see the map as intended. The bug has been reported to DC, and I hope it will be fixed in the CS2D download soon.

The grass feels like some dots put over the sand. Not really grassy-ish. The rest looks really amazing and detailed. How many hours did you spent making it?
