And it's not necessarily (for example) Jimmy's fault if Jimmy doesn't speak the best English. Maybe his school doesn't have the best English classes. Maybe his parents don't care if he learns English, so he picks it up on his own. No one's perfect, right?
Hell, even people that know English don't speak it perfect. I mean, for instance, when I type and when I write I use proper English, but when I talk, I use double negatives like "Ain't no".
