To enter system logs you need to go to (Start > Run... > cmd) and type in compmgmt.msc, it will open the computer management window. Then click the system tools, and then click system logs then click the checkbox errors and it will show the recent application that crashed along with the error, it should give you more details about why it crashed. If not, you could post the error log here so someone could go into detail with it and perhaps fix this bug once and for all... I've been getting it alot.
