@user Masea: 2-3 days depending on how you count. Here are the most time consuming things:
• AutoIt startup script. 1) because it's a shitty scripting language 2) slow startup time
• Client timeouts. I had to figure out step-by-step how much the clients can handle...
The rest was acceptable, although I had to tinker with the drawSequence/drawFrame functions to improve rendering quality/consistency.
