So is there a way to mod xbox 360 game saves? If so what program?

Maybe if you get your saves at your PC, you MAYBE can mod them with some HEX editors. I dont sure cuz i dont get XBox

You can, some of them with notepad, some of them with hex editor, I suggest HxD.
