If anyone want to start with, i'll give any data you'll need to complete this work, i'm tyred to finish this mod-thing without errors or bugs or useless timers ...

But few kinks still to work out though,
I noticed at the begining you can see your hands, like in the very first cut scene, and when you kill a fish under water their body floats up then over the surface of the water. I dont know if these are unavoidable though.
EDIT:I can't open it, I posted the previus message on my other computer which is XP, but this computer is Win7 and it doesn't work on it
Normal stranded 2 works fine and so does Massive Mod.

the Win7-fix is another very other problem, don't know what to do, I've got 4 solutions for issues like that, but not all are working, in nearliest time i'll profe one of that solutions(using of only square-skaled textures) maybee it works ....

I saw somewhere that you could make stranded 1920x1080, but I don't know where.
Other than that, I am enjoying this on my other computer, by the way, the rock's description is in german, and when you fry small meat it says datog or something that I'm assuming means frying in german, funny it doesn't happen with the big meat.

to your first problem: open the file 'settings.cfg' with notepad(located in mods\Stranded II\sys\ - folder) and edit your resolution manually by changing the parameters in second and third row in this file to this resolution you want. But every change in graphic-options ingame will overwrite your setting and u have to edit it again .

your second problem can be solved by editing the file 'items_edible.inf' in same folder like settings-file. open it with notepad too, scoll down up to item id=11 (third item in script)find the row with:
1
process "Braten",500;
and change it to:
1
process "Frying",500;
something similar on the 'rock-translation-error', next update it will be fixed.


and if you done all this you made a little(very very little) modding (thats the way that i started with)

umm well, it starts, like normal, a box opens another box so on, and the last black window just closes, no error message or anything. happens with the normal S2 aswell.
(thx for the hints I changed lots of stuff that doesn't involve graphics on my other machine)

This is a stand-alone-version because changed Source-Code, some users may have problems with Win7 or Vista
