I like the concept that these jokes (are supposed to) have orwellian connotations, representing the oppression of the old Soviet Union by using well structured, yet simplistic looking language to maximise the connotation without losing the stereotypical notion of the russian-english accent.

Reading down in that guy's wiki was a cool thing he said to Johnny Carson:

"You have such nice things in the U.S. — like in Russia the police didn’t have warning shots"

My own invention based on the notion:
In Soviet Russia, you don't call police... Police call you!
In Soviet Russia, you don't jack cars... Cars jack you!
