Well, I downloaded Blitz3D, the full version (don't ask me how) and then downloaded Stranded II's source code. I had some troubles when I was trying to add some scripts, in special the compiling part (in truth, I couldn't even compile the original Script)

But, well, here's the issue:

Is there a way to use point lights (a fire point and even the sun) to make dynamic shadows? It's true that sometimes it will make some ridiculous bugs but is there a way to use each point light to make it?

I know that there is really a way, as there is on some demos that comes with blitz3d, but it was going to be cool to see some dynamic shadows in the Stranded II's gameplay

Waiting any answers and hope the start of a new big mod to Stranded II

Also, is truth that there's incoming a new version of Stranded (III)?

Sorry any english errors

You should open up the samples with dynamic shadows and look at the source, it is usually commented heavily by their authors, especially if it is sample code.

Otherwise from that, I know no way of doing this. I guess Google and the blitzbasic.com's website/forum are your friends right now.

Man, what I want is to take the things that is already in the game (point lights) and transform it on a shadow caster

I would like to know if it's possible... =/
