I would suggest finding the website/forum that the server hoster uses ( I believe he bought his servers at www.servers.cs2d.nl, perhaps you could PM him there if you can't find the site, but I'm not sure if Banaan would like this, though. ).

No, construction prices is hosted by dolphin power.

The bug is caused by FlooD's lag compensation, which had a bug with armor (kevlar (+helm) works great though).

Even though a new version was released recently, the armor bug still hasn't been fixed. I wrote a fix for that which worked, forgot where I have it though. I'll look around a bit and post it when I found it.

I do have an untested fix ready for you:
