A carpet in the tileset would occupy at least 4 tiles from the tileset so I think the image version is easier and it doesn't require space in the tileset
Next step - make it smaler. For it I use PhotoShop (if you want I can write how)
And then - add tile to tileset. For this you can use different programs but I prefer Microsoft Paint 'cause this is the easiest way

Suggestion 2: If you wanna make a good zombie map, the most important things are shadows and scary things like sounds. Make it with a spooky tileset so it would look better

Installation of Maps:
You must put those three folders: "gfx"/"sfx"/"maps" into your CS2D directory folder, all the file inside was prepared, no need to be edited.

Go into File Archive then select the Maps sector and hit Upload New File button
