btw, the best way to stop pollution is to tell North Korea, India, Pakistan, the USA and Russia to shoot their nuclear weapon (if they have some) at everything in sight, and when everyones dead, there won't be any pollution (but a little bit to much radioactivity

If the problem is some liquid on the surface, as an oil carpet, alright. That can be cleaned up with a quick act which costs money.
But I cannot imagine any measurement to help the whales if the water itself is toxic.

me too thinks like that I just became suspicious about "Tamisa", which I had just assumed to be an ocean. But what he means is the river Thames in England. Tamisa is spanish or portugese or something for Thames, according to Google.
Alright, the money would help to transport the whales out in the ocean.
Perhaps building some grids into the hoover dam would be a good idea too to filter out "huge fish-like mammals" in the future.
