Got the same issue here as well:
MODE 0:
car [8133 + 8263 - 2367] = 14029
Player 2 [12586 + 14357 - 8954] = 17989
MODE 1:
car [8263 + 0 - 2367] = 5896
Player 2 [14357 + 1747 - 8954] = 7150
MODE 2:
car [8133 + 0 + 2367] = 10500
Player 2 [12586 + 1747 + 8954] = 23287
It seems to happen when the people, that played before the leaderboard & assist features were added, never got their ranks updated? I don't know
