How ya doing us

So, I have been playing this thing since 2008, took a while for me to understand a bit of english and creating an account here, so I'm a member of this community since 2011.

That being said, it's been a long journey til' here. This game means a lot to me, real life friends played with me for a long time, I made some friends here.

I spent most of my time playing a variety of maps, zombie plague in the early days in some Asian server (me, with a 200kb/s internet in 2010 playing with 400 ping) and having the most fun I ever had.
Eventually I got into the game editor, I'm a nerd of creating things, I just love making my own stuff. I remember being in the school so distracted just thinking how I would continue some map I was making at that time, it just brings so many beautiful nostalgic memories that I can't explain with words.
Making maps was a big part of my experience in this awesome game.

And even so, I don't think ever managed to show you how much I'm passionate about this.
My last map (uploaded) was nearly 3 years ago, and I had this idea to make a final map of CS2D to say goodbye for good this time.

The best way of saying goodbye is this, with a map that could speak or itself.

This said, I'm making a singleplayer series of small maps, with a not-so-linear history and a little suspense and hardcore fighting. So far I got:
• Custom (pretty basic) ambience music (by me)
• Custom gfx (by me)

And I think some voice acting would make a nice touch, but I need someone that does speak a fluent english and has a decent enough mic.
Who better than the community itself to give life to this project.

I can't offer money or atleast not a lot (if it gets intense we can discuss a price, in US Dollars by Paypal)

So, if anyone is at least a little interested I would appreciate the help.

Sincerelly,
Shift (2008-2014) Aka. FDK (2016-2020).

I can't exactly say that I'm an expert in voice-over acting, but that's usually something you get to when all else is done and you have all of the dialogue scripted out. And for that to make sense you would need to have completed some near-finalised version of your maps.

But I wish you the best of luck with the project, I would love to see it done, especially since there are so few single player maps around for CS2D (and none that I know of with the conplexity you describe here).
