What is the blast cap for? Do you use it as a thrown pipe bomb or is it the ammunition for that fungus musket thingie?

The marble rock looks ugly. I'd rather take the models of the big rocks and wrap them into marble skins, with moss on top.

Well see that's the problem, neither of us can access the .b3d file formats. I got a trial of milkshape but I still couldn't open them.

PS The marble block is a little jutting, but I wouldn't call it ugly.

Though, you can search at google for biturn, but it can't convert the animations.

For stones, check the file s2models.zip in the gfx directory of the standard mod (if it is still there)
DC added some models in ms3d format some time ago, accidently I think.

The blast cap is a high-power thrown explosive that can pretty much destroy anything in one hit. It's used for extracting marble (it's the only way to get it).
You can also use it to level an area quickly if you're planning on base-building somewhere but there's stuff in the way -- giant stones and such can be cleared with just one use.

And I've only started 3d modelling a few days ago, so I concede that a lot of my work is sub-par, but that's the best I can do. I'd re-texture the models if I could (originally marble was just an over-brightened rock, but it looked horrible and glowed at night), but lacking that, this is what we're left with.

I can't wait for the blasting cap, it sounds awesome. (map editors are extremely useful for trapping numerous monkeys in a small area..heh)

It will not be made. on this note I make the suggestion that the Story mod come into this new version. I don't have a 3d making program though. What I need to figure out is if there is a way I could get a suggestion of a decent free 3d making program. Once I get one I'll be involved in this scheme. I don't really understand what you mean about 'A Sorcerer's Story' (yes I have heard of this mod), are you going to finish this mod? Or are you suggesting we continue our mod in the A Sorcerer's Story theme? I know GolemCC is making elixirs, however, I have no plans for any kind of magical items.

You missunderstood something.
There was a thread at the ASoS-Board saying the development stopped, but it was an aprils fool.
Afaik it will come, since most of the developers are back online.
