There are countless numbers of people who suggest game ideas
But I don't think Ultr4Killer does the kind of hacking with IP addresses, he was 'training' on HackThisSite.org in which you actually simply modify the <HTML> tags and can eventually, with a little brain-using, "hack" a site. But they are extremely basic. There is no actual taking over as root and then destroying log files to make sure you don't get dicovered.
EDIT: I have decided that this may find a few giggles here on US.de
