If you don't succeed buy a server, from S4Y, or MostAfa's CS2D server, or get a free one from oxy2d.com
Search through forum before u ask.

Read CAREFULLY,and make it step by step.
If it doesnt work,u can search and buy server.
And,again,Thread name is weird. Nobody will know,what about this thread if it is have name "my sever(?)"
Better change it to "Server Always Offline" or something like that.

Look at the IPs
, one should be green , this is ur server 
Click on it and u will see the server name .

Tell some of your friends to check it , if it's working awesome , if not u got another issues .
I've tried to host 1 server so hard for 30 min , and then i succeeded
, don't give up and u will get a
