How can I make .b3d animations? I mean with which software. I have DeleD and 3d Studio Max 9(its really great, but without support of b3d files...). Suggest me please some another well-tried programs

Milkshape is what most people use for this purpose. I believe it would be the best choice here.
It's commercial, but I don't think that 25$ would hurt too much.

If you want to create models for other games, this is unneccessary. You'll only need Blitz3D if you want to program your fully own game.

That is impossible. You can export b3d files with Milkshape, but you can only import ms3d files. I believe there was some archive of Stranded II's ms3d raw models, I don't know where it was though.

I found lots of them(b3d program) but they are all demo or shareware.

Biturn can be used to convert B3D files to many other formats.

Yes indeed it's a very nice program.
Sadly, it has no animation import/export (only for 2 game filetypes, some final fantasy or something)
But in fact you can preview the animation in some filetypes (not b3d, sadly)
