Yo, I'm curious, I'm trying to create a Q&A website but I have no idea how do I create it, Do I have to learn PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript just to create it or is there any other simple way which takes shorter to use as alternative? I don't actually want to waste a lot of time on it, Using the way that I mentioned takes me at least a year.

If you're searching for the first thing, you should think about a static page generator like https://gohugo.io/ , https://www.gatsbyjs.org/ or https://jekyllrb.com/
With those you don't need to learn CSS, HTML, JS or a backend language, you just need to learn a bit of markdown or a similarly simple language.
